Does Bulkthreads.com offer free samples?

Absolutely you can get samples. Our policy is this:

Step one: Get free shipping!

We always offer free shipping on samples, so long as a customer isn't abusing the policy. That is, every order can't be a sample order, but when it is, we're more than happy to write up a PO for you and leave off shipping!

Step two: Free sample! 

Since you're sampling a shirt or hat or polo before you make the larger order, if you do come back and make the larger order, we'll refund the full price of the original sample. So yes, you can get samples completely free!

Printed or Embroidered

Customizing with a new shop is a risk, and we completely understand if you want to see the quality of our work before making a larger order. At the same time, printing one tee takes just as long to set up as printing 1000 tees, so printing a sample here or there is always going to be more expensive than a larger run (same with embroidery).

If you do, however, want a sample of our printing or embroidery quality, we're happy to follow the same pattern as above.

Step one: Free materials!

Get the shirt or hat for free, up to $10. You only pay for set up fees and the print. 

Step two: Full refund!

Same as with blanks, if you come back for a large run of at least 100 prints, we'll refund you the price of the sample.
