Do you need to return something from your order?

Policies: 
Any order from bulkthreads.com can be returned within 30 days of receipt. After 30 days, the item(s) is no longer eligible.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be 1). unused, 2). unwashed, and 3). unaltered (it must be blank--no embroidery or printing, etc). Make sure your item is in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in our original packaging.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds: 
Once we receive your items, we'll let you know we have it. If everything checks out, we'll process your refund via your original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds: If you haven’t received a refund after 5 business days, contact your credit card company--it may take some time before your refund is officially posted (you know how credit companies are).
If necessary, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, shoot us a line.

Sale items: 
We are a wholesale blank t-shirt and apparel company who is committed to offering the best prices year round. However, we do have discontinued or "on sale" items that cannot be returned without some sort of defect. Only regular priced items qualify. If, however, your item(s) has a manufacturing defect, we'll be happy to replace or return it.  
Exchanges: 
We're happy to replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email and we'll send you Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Depending on the order, sometimes exchanging is really just refunding + reordering. We'll work out the best solution for your particular situation because we want to make you happy!

Restocking fee: 

For most orders, returns are free!  We MIGHT charge a restocking fee if you order, say 1000 tees and then want to return them--let's be honest, that's a lot of tees to restock. But for 99% of returns, returns are free. Again, any restocking fee will be worked out with you as part of the return process--if you don't hear about it, you won't have to worry!
