Who is the DM130L for?

The specs
The DM130L runs 4.5 oz (153 GSM) in a 50/25/25 polyester, combed ring-spun cotton, and rayon tri-blend at 32 singles, with a 1x1 rib knit neck, shoulder-to-shoulder taping, and a tear-away tag. It comes in women's sizes XS through 4XL. The three-yarn construction is what produces the look: polyester carries the heathered visual and durability, combed ring-spun cotton brings softness and a clean print surface, and rayon adds the drape and lived-in feel. Because the three fibers take dye differently, expect slight color variation between garments. That variation is a feature of tri-blend fabric, not a defect, and it's part of why the finished tee reads as fashion rather than uniform.
A note on matching a mixed-gender program

Printing tri-blend: what your decorator needs to know
Tri-blend is more demanding to print than cotton, and the issue is heat. The rayon and polyester make the fabric heat-sensitive, so District calls for special care through the printing process: lower cure temperatures and careful dryer management to avoid scorching and to control dye migration, where polyester dye lifts into the ink and shows as a faint halo (most visible with white ink on dark colors). Screen printing wants low-bleed or polyester-appropriate inks and a controlled cure rather than default cotton settings. For direct-to-garment work on tri-blend, District builds a dedicated pretreated version, the DM130DTG, optimized for it; the standard DM130L will take DTG but isn't engineered for it the same way. When in doubt, your ink supplier or decorator can confirm the right settings before a large run.
