About the 3001ECO
The Bella+Canvas 3001ECO is built for brands that want their merch to mean something beyond the print on the front. Made from 100% recycled polyester — including material diverted from plastic bottles — it delivers the soft, retail-quality hand feel Bella+Canvas is known for while giving decorators and brands a genuinely sustainable blank to offer their customers.
The EcoMax fabric is engineered to mimic the drape and softness of cotton without using virgin fibers, making it a compelling option for eco-conscious brands, sustainability-focused corporate programs, and any merch application where the material story is part of the product story. It takes screen printing and DTG well, and the familiar Bella+Canvas silhouette means sizing and fit are consistent with the rest of the 3001 family.
Available in sizes XS through 3XL. For customers who prefer conventional cotton in the same silhouette, the Bella+Canvas 3001C Unisex Jersey T-Shirt is the natural companion.
FAQ
What makes the 3001ECO different from the 3001C? The 3001C is made from combed ring-spun cotton. The 3001ECO uses 100% recycled polyester that's engineered to feel similar to cotton. The construction and silhouette are the same, but the fiber content and sustainability story are different. For brands where the environmental claim matters to their customers, the 3001ECO provides that angle.
Is recycled polyester as soft as cotton? Bella+Canvas engineered the EcoMax fabric specifically to replicate the hand feel of cotton, and most decorators and customers find it comparable. It has a slightly different drape than ring-spun cotton but is noticeably softer than standard performance polyester.
What sizes are available? XS through 3XL.
