Is the PC54 good for DTG printing? It works for DTG, though 100% cotton is the preferred substrate for DTG and the PC54 delivers consistent results in lighter colors. Pre-treating is recommended for darker colorways.

Why do some colors have different fabric blends? Cotton doesn't take certain dyes as well as poly-blended fabrics, so neon and heather colors require a poly content to achieve the right color saturation and consistency. The blend variations are noted above for each color category.

What's the difference between the PC54 and the PC61? The PC54 is a 5.4 oz. open-end cotton tee at the lowest price point in the Port & Company lineup. The PC61 uses ring-spun cotton for a noticeably softer hand feel at a slight price premium. If soft hand feel matters for your end customer, the PC61 is worth the upgrade.
