At 3.8 ounces and a 65/35 poly/cotton blend, it's one of the lighter blanks in the wholesale market, and the poly-rich construction means it resists wrinkles, dries quickly, and holds its shape after repeated washing better than cotton-heavy alternatives.
Screen printers working with sublimation should note that the higher poly content makes the 241 more sublimation-friendly than standard cotton/poly blends. It also takes plastisol and heat transfer cleanly for traditional decoration methods. The relaxed unisex fit and lightweight drape make it comfortable for all-day wear, which matters when you're outfitting a large group for an event.

Is the Tultex 241 good for sublimation printing? The 65/35 poly/cotton blend makes it more sublimation-compatible than a standard 50/50 tee, though for true all-over sublimation you'll get the best results on 100% polyester blanks. The 241 works well for partial sublimation designs and produces vibrant results in lighter colorways.
How does the weight compare to other Tultex tees? At 3.8 oz., the 241 is the lightest in the Tultex lineup. The 202 and 235 both come in at 4.5 oz., and the 602 is also 4.5 oz. If you need something breathable and packable for warm-weather events, the 241 is the right call.
