Updates on Shipping, Inventory, and a Sincere Thank You

Stay safe out there.

As you well know, Covid-19 has affected all of us in one way or another. Some have lost their jobs. All of us have had our way of life altered. Tragically, too many have suffered health consequences and even death. 

At Bulkthreads we're grateful to still be running, and we're especially grateful for your patience. We know that some our wonderful customers--many of you who have been visiting us since we opened--have seen slower ship times, or hiccups in our inventory.  We also know that you've been kind, considerate, and understanding.  

We thank you for that. 

We're still shipping wholesale t-shirts, polos, hoodies, tanks, sweaters, and hats. We're still trying to be your one-stop shop for blank tees if you're printing out of your home, or for custom tees if you want us to take care of the printing for you. 

And for the most part we're shipping on time and keeping an accurate supply chain. 

However, in those few instances where we let you down by delaying your order,  having to backorder a style, or switch out one tee for another, you've been great.  

A few years ago we ran through a rough patch as we were just getting started--we distinctly remember one customer receiving 75% of the order because the rest was delayed.  That customer let us know that they would never get our business again.  

We still remember everything about that conversation, and we've used it as motivation to do whatever we can to offer the best customer service around.

Which we're pretty proud of. 

Other places can sell you the same wholesale t-shirts and wholesale hoodies at the same wholesale pricing, but we'd like to think we offer the sort of customer service that keeps our friends and patrons coming back again and again.
